In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his “adoptive” father, Estel Jacobs; a grandson, Holly David Arthur; and sister, Carolyn Jean Arthur.

A funeral service celebrating Johnny’s life will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 6 p.m., in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, Wellston, with Pastor Michael Jadrnicek officiating.
