Sally Ann (Jones) Holtz passed away Sunday, July 18 as a result of an automobile accident in San Antonio, Texas. She was born May 12, 1952, in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late Thomas E. and Helen L. (Kinnison) Jones. Sally was a 1970 graduate of Wellston High School. She studied Journalism at Ohio University. After working several years in the newspaper business, Sally went into Education. She taught English at Palo Alto College and Communication at the University of Texas at San Antonio, retiring from the latter.
She is survived by several cousins and a host of friends. A Celebration of Life is being held in San Antonio, Texas. A private burial at Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston, Ohio will follow at a later date.
