Thomas W. Mossbarger

Thomas W. Mossbarger, 73, passed away on November 22, 2020 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. He was a resident of Pickerington, OH.

He was born on November 17, 1947, in Portsmouth, OH to William G. and Margaret Smith Mossbarger of South Webster who preceded him in death. He grew up in Jackson, Ohio and was a graduate of JHS, Class of 1965 and the University of Rio Grande, Class of 1969.

Tom taught mathematics for several years in Ohio and Pittsburgh, PA and had a long career in sales management working in the Physical Security Industry, covering multi-states while headquartered in Central Ohio. He enjoyed his work immensely and had recently retired in 2018 from Zenitel USA as their lead Regional Sales Manager.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Lorraine (Lori). Tom was also the loving father of daughter Stacey (Richard III) Thompson of Fort Collins, CO, son Jason (Gina) Mossbarger of Delaware, OH, and proud grandfather of Richard IV and Blythe Thompson and Ella Mossbarger. Other surviving family includes brothers Bob of Jackson, Jerry of Aiken, SC, and Dave of Fishers, IN.
