Kathy Mae Rose Williams passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020 at her home in Oak Hill, Ohio. She was born May 17, 1978 in Portsmouth, Ohio. She is best known for her love for her children.
She is survived by her daughter, Tabitha Williams; son, Brayden Taylor; and daughter, Dashia Taylor; her father, Howard (Kimberly) Reynolds; brother, Howard (Rhonda) Reynolds II; half-sisters: Kelly (Jeff) Stephens, Sarah (John) Buckler, and Rebecca (Zachary) Ayers; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Bowling; half-sister, Kristen Reynolds; and special valued friend of the family, Kenneth Burchett.
