Velma Sue Stalnaker, age 70, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born May 14, 1948 in Crum, West Virginia.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Conrad Ray Stalnaker; sons: Kevin (Rhonda) Stalnaker, Chris (Melissa) Stalnaker, and Tracy (Amanda) Stalnaker; grandchildren: Kevin Jr. (Bethany), Natasha (Jay), Tifani, Christopher, Nicholas, A’Jay, Steven, Nakita, Nattalie, Jessica, Lexey, Lynsey, Kaitlin, and Joey; great-grandchildren: Desiree, Cassidy, Jayden, Jolene, and Jeremiah; siblings: Linda (Pearly) Salmon, John Marcum Jr., and Richard (Cathy) Marcum; special niece, Ronee Salmons; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Marcum.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Hughes officiating.
