Morgan E. McNerlin

Morgan E. McNerlin, age 84, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. He was born in Oak Hill Aug. 31, 1932 to the late William E. and Beryl E. (Morgan) McNerlin.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Connie (Crabtree) McNerlin; his daughter, Ruth (Tim) McCoy, of Oak Hill; two grandsons, Dr. Jon D. (Stephanie) McCoy, of Jackson and Dr./Officer Timothy S. (Dina) McCoy, of Wellington, Fla.; great-grandchildren, T.J., Morgan and Riley McCoy, all of Florida and Olivia McCoy, of Jackson. Also surviving is his sister, Peggy Arbaugh of Oak Hill; brother, Tom McNerlin of Oak Hill and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Morgan was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War. He also had been an active member of the Centerville Masonic Lodge #371.

Friends may call Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Masonic services at 6:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2017 at the funeral home with Rev.
