Leora “Lori” Ethel King, age 84, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Heartland of Jackson. She was born May 3, 1932 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Theodore and Gladys (Reese) Coleman.
She is survived by her children: Mike, Debbie, Cathy, and Diane; grandchildren: Jody, Leon, Stephanie, Sarah, and Carly; several great-grandchildren; sisters: Mary Beth Perry and Winnie Cooper; and several nieces, nephews, and relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert “Bus” King.
Leora worked many years for Bill and Doralee Davis at the Davis Market and for Elza Greene at the Oak Hill Gateway Supermarket.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillumfuneralhomes.com
