Freddie E. Waters, age 58 of Ray, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at The Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 2, 1958 to the late Freddie Errmond and Eudora E. (White) Waters. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Doug Waters.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy (Campbell) Waters; daughter, Amanda (Noah Sexton) Waters; grandson, Westley Sexton; brothers and sisters: Carol (Ronnie) Harris, Roger (Nancy) Waters and Daryl Waters; brother and sisters-in-laws: Rita Holstin, Rhonda (Berie) Miller, Jackie ( Bob) Johnson and Mike Campbell, along with mother and father-in-law: Rita and Ronnie Campbell.
Freddie was a laborer, most recently working for T.S. Trim. He enjoyed taking rides on his motorcycle and taking rides with his dogs in his truck.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home in Jackson with Rev. Tim Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 9 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
