Keith Allen Puckett, 45, of Oak Hill, passed away Sunday April 24, 2016 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. Keith was born May 16, 1970 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Betty Tribble and the late Kenneth Puckett.
Keith is survived by his mother and stepfather, Betty and William Tribble Sr., of Oak Hill; daughter, Madison “Maddie” Adkins, of Ky.; four brothers, Dale Puckett, Tony Puckett, Franklin (Rayanna) Puckett and William (Katie) Tribble Jr., all of Oak Hill; five sisters, Elisa (Anthony) Nolan, Polly Tribble, Tammy (Dale) Smith and Watika Puckett, all of Oak Hill, and Diana (Larry) Glass, of McArthur; and step sister, Missy Yocum, of Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In addition to his father, Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Clemens; paternal grandparents, Frank and Alice Puckett and maternal grandparents, Walter and Maxine Simpson.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. No funeral service will be observed. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
