Freda Wallace, age 68, of Jackson, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home in Wellston. She was born Sept. 17, 1947 in Jackson County, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Robert and Wanda Darlene (Culp) Hill; her husband; and sisters, Carolyn and Rita.
She is survived by a daughter, Wendy Garcia of Texas and a son, Richard Monroe Jr. of Louisiana; brothers and sisters: Charles Hill Jr., Patricia K. Starkey, Tom Hill, Terry Hill, Steven Hill, Kida Newell, Kenny Hill and Marty Hill; grandchildren, Chris Garcia and Melinda Garcia; and several nieces and nephews.
No calling hours or service will be observed. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home and Southern Ohio Cremation Services in Jackson.
