Clara Bell (Mosley) West Moran Alley, age 93, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Heartland Nursing Facility, Chillicothe, Ohio. She was born July 4, 1922 in Pike County Kentucky, the daughter of the late Pricey and Clabe Mosley.
Clara is survived by five children: James Ronald West (Amalia); Patricia Ann (West) Lindsay, Cohan (Leon); Wade George Moran; David Charles Moran; and Elaine Jude (Moran) Lee, Bartley (Jeff). She was grandmother to over 60 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Clara was preceded in death by husbands James Phillip West, Gilford William Moran and Robert Kelsey Alley; brothers: Jesse, Roland, Bill and Ben; and two sisters: Martha and Laura. She was a remarkable woman of talent, strength and perseverance who loved God and will never be forgotten.
Clara will be laid to rest at Fairmount Cemetery during a graveside memorial on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Funeral services are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home, Jackson. Online condolences may be sent to www.mayhew-brownfuneralhome.com
