Jerrid Michael Paul Faler, age 31, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015 at his home.
He is survived by his wife Crystal; daughter, Janelle Grace; three sons, Tristan, Shane, and Brody Faler, all from Jackson, Ohio; his mother, Paula (Kenny) Sheets of Hamden, Ohio; his brother, David (Donna) Bobo Jr. of Washington; a sister, Leslie Dyke of Jackson, Ohio; a mother-in-law, Christina Carter of Jackson, Ohio; and a sister-in-law, Misty Dawn Stephenson of Jackson, Ohio; grandparents, Richard and Jean Henry of Wellston, Ohio; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Faler, of Jackson, Ohio and his grandmother, Viola French Faler of Jackson, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the Community of Christ Church, 652 Radcliffe Lane, Wellston, Ohio 45692.
