Donna Landrum Brooks, age 74, passed away on February 14, 2015. Preceded in death by husband Rodney Brooks, mother Mildred Parr Landrum, father Everett Landrum, brother Charles E. Landrum, and sister Kathy (Katie) Landrum.
Donna is survived by her sister Evelyn Lopez (Victor) of Columbus, Ohio and nephews David Landrum, Randy Landrum, and niece Laurie Buttrick of Jackson.
Donna will be remembered as a generous and caring person with a great sense of humor.
Donna was a longtime employee of Metropolitan Housing from which she retired.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Russ Strange officiating with burial to follow in the Fairmount Cemetery. Friends will be received 2 hours prior to the service from noon to 2 p.m.
