Gloria Adams, 68, of McArthur, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014. She was born October 31, 1946, in Galion, Ohio to the late Robert Franklin and Alice Hanning Via.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ted Adams; and her children, Annette Adams McGlaughlin of McArthur, OH and Bob Adams of Hilliard, OH. Her grandchildren, Alicia McGlaughlin (Caleb) Hickerson of Indianapolis, IN, Andrew and Casey McGlaughlin of McArthur, Trevor, Wesley and Nichole Adams of Hilliard; and her sister, Peggy Via Woods (Ronald) Furbay of Newcomerstown, OH also survive.
Gloria was a member of the Living Word Church of God of McArthur and a life-long 4-H leader. She was a very dynamic person with a great sense of humor and a great love of life.
Services will be Sunday, December 28 at 1 p.m., at the Huntley & Cremeens Funeral Home in Wellston. Calling hours will also be from the funeral home on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the New Marshfield Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Huntley & Cremeens Funeral Home.
