Kathy Sue (Hardin) Charles, age 57, of Wellston, Ohio passed away Friday, December 5, 2014. Kathy was born September 4, 1957 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Woodrow and Margaret Hardin.
She is survived by son, Eric Charles of Wellston, Ohio, daughter, Alicia (Marcus) Middleton of Abingdon, Virginia; grandsons, Ethan and Austin Middleton of Virginia, Levi Charles of Wellston, Ohio; granddaughters, Alley Middleton of Virginia and Katelynn Charles of Wellston, Ohio; brothers, Richard Hardin of Jackson, Ohio and Michael Hardin of South Webster; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her late husband, William Charles in February of 1988; her granddaughter, Alexis Charles in August of 2006; and most recently son, Aaron Charles in March of 2014.
Calling hours were held on Monday, December 8, 2014 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Ronnie Rawlins officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
