Margaret A. “Peggy” Hull

Margaret A. “Peggy” Hull, age 58, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at her home. She was born September 29, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late Curtis Bradford Oxyer and Dorothy Marie Thomas Oxyer. Peggy was a civil engineer, having formerly worked for the states of Maryland and Florida. Her passion in life was taking care of her beloved dogs and cats. With her loving and soft heart, she never turned an animal away.

Peggy is survived by her siblings, Thomas (Kathy) Oxyer of Patriot, Ohio, Jeffrey (Tracy Hall) Oxyer of Leesburg, Florida, Jerry Wayne (Shu-Mae) Oxyer of Halthorpe, Maryland, and Tamara Anderson of Wellston, Ohio, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Besides her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Hull and an infant brother.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. In keeping with Peggy’s wishes, cremation will follow the service and burial will be at the convenience of the family in the Poplar Ridge Cemetery in Cheshire, Ohio.
