Virginia Canter, 87, of Wellston, passed from this life Sunday, May 25, 2014, at the Holzer Medical Center – Jackson. The daughter of the late George and Della Rowland Loudermilk, she was born March 1, 1927, at Wellston. Virginia was a homemaker.
Virginia is survived by her son, Robert and his wife, Susan of Wellston; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Joyce Grant.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Canter on March 1, 2013; a son, William Canter; grandchildren, Paul William and Judy Marlene; a brother, Oscar R. Loudermilk; and a sister, Beulah Castor.
There will be a graveside service Wednesday, 11:00AM, at the Salem Cemetery with Pastor Perry Brafford officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Huntley & Cremeens Funeral Home.
