Jeffrey Lin Smith, age 55, of Jackson, formerly of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014 at his home. He was born May 15, 1958 to the late Donald Ray and Kay (Metzler) Smith.
He is a veteran of the United State Air Force. He worked as a truck driver and dispatcher for many years.
He loved to fish and spend time with his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Ann (Marshall) Smith; son, Justin R. Smith of Jackson, Ohio; grandchildren, Raylin and Calib Smith; his sister, Lisa (Smith) Carlson of Highland, New York; maternal grandfather, Duke Smith; as well as many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Friends may call on Wednesday, April 2, from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill, Ohio. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
