Jason Ryan Fortner, age 31, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Holzer Medical Center of Gallipolis, Ohio. He was born July 23, 1982 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Tonnie and Martha (Cox) Fortner.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Alicia Dawn Fortner.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Brian Beckett and a sister, Rebecca Lynn.
