Diana Kay Swartz, age 66, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away December 17, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Logan, Ohio on January 2, 1947. She was preceded in death by parents, Robert M. Richards and Myrtle (Grizzell) Richards; husband, Daniel Swartz and two sisters.
She is survived by son, Shawn Swartz of Wellston. Ohio, daughter, Dr. Vanessa Swartz of Baltimore Maryland, sister, Myrtle Caughenbaugh, brother, Bob Richards and one granddaughter.
Friends may call Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday, December 20, 2013 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home, with Minister Larry Boggs officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
