Phoebe J. Smith, age 29, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at her residence. She was born August 25, 1984 to Brian and Sandy (Gahm) Smith.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Josh Smith of San Diego, California; one uncle, John (Twana) Gahm; and cousins, Ashlee (Brian) Ross, and Kylee (Jason) Harwood.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Jackson First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Wayne Searls officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Jackson First Church of the Nazarene, 251 Powell Drive, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
