Renee Danielle Radcliff, age 33, of Chillicothe, and a former resident of Vinton County, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 18, 2013, at her residence. There will be no calling hours observed. Graveside services will be Friday at 12 P.M. at the Goheen Cemetery on Hardscrapple Road in Wellston with Carmen Cline officiating.
