Larry Ogier, age 75, of Jackson passed away Monday, February 4, 2013 at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky. He was born in Jackson County, Ohio, on January 17, 1938 to the late Ross and Ruth Spriggs Ogier. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Arden Ogier and two sisters, Lois Cubb and Barbara Saunders.
He is survived by his wife, Jessie Malone Ogier; son, Terry Downey of Dayton; daughters, Sandy Ogier of Jackson, Paula Lawrence of Racine and Denise Setzer of Jackson; brothers, Marvin Ogier of Jackson and Keith Ogier of Indiana; sisters, Carolyn Sims of Hallsville and Sharon Comer of Jackson; 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
