Larry Gene Willis, age 71, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was the son of the late Chester and Dorothy (Radcliff) Willis.

He was a former employee of Empire Detroit-Steele Mill, Southern Ohio Coal Company. He was an active member of the Honor Guard and helped with DAVA Bingo. The number one thing Larry enjoyed was spending time with the apple of his eye and the little girl he helped save, Lillian Grace Davis; she lived with Larry and Oma. In the eyes of Larry she was his great-grandchild.
