Margie “Diane” Gilliland, 68, of Jackson, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on December 7, 1943.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Harley and Pauline (Shields) Carter and a brother Russell Carter.
She is survived by sons, Chad and Gene; a daughter Rhonda; two grandchildren, Shalee and Johnathan, one great grandchild Kindle; three brothers, Billy, Ronnie, and Dale Carter; two sisters, Edith Henry and Connie Willis; several nieces and nephews.
Diane was a member of the Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be Saturday, Oct. 6, at 1:00 P.M. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor David Reese officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church, 4861 Limerick Road, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
