Charles E. Landrum

Charles E. Landrum, age 72, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 at Four Winds Nursing Facility, Jackson. He was born in Springfield, Ohio, on Dec. 8,1939. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lotis Everett and Mildred (Parr) Landrum and a brother-in-law, Rodney Brooks.

Charlie was the long-time owner of Landrum Auto Repair in Jackson.

He is survived by four sons, Randy (Lori) Landrum, David Landrum, Jayson (Barb) Landrum, all of Jackson, and Shawn (Lee Ann) Carroll of Bidwell, Ohio; two daughters, Sonya Landrum and Laurie Buttrick, both of Jackson; three sisters, Donna Brooks of Jackson, Evi (Victor) Lopez and Kati Landrum, both of Upper Arlington; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Friday, Aug. 24, from 4 to 8 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 25, at 2 p.m. with Diaconal Minister Janie Karl officiating. Burial will follow in the Landrum Cemetery.
