Michael Bradford Waldron

Michael Bradford “Brad” Waldron, age 41, of Cambridge, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012, at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. He was born March 11, 1971 in Columbus, Ohio, to Michael Waldron and June Wheatley Waldron.

Brad was a 1989 graduate of Cambridge High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during Desert Storm. He was a technician at Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing. Brad enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his friends. He was a member of the Cambridge Fraternal Order of the Moose 631; Kipling VFW Post 7371 and the American Legion Post 371 of Wellston.

Brad is survived by his mother, June Wheatley Waldron of Wellston; his father, Michael Waldron of Florida; three half-brothers, Matt, Noah and Jake; four half-sisters, Melanie, Carrie, Kim and Holly; his paternal grandfather, Windy Waldron of McArthur; three uncles, David, Gary and Tim Wheatley; aunt, Annette Waldron, as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Nell Wheatley and his paternal grandmother, Carrie Waldron.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with John Pelletier, CLP officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion Post 371 of Wellston.
