Alice M. Frisby

Alice M. Frisby, age 83, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at her home. She was born October 3, 1932 in Dayton, Ohio to the late George Edward Shotts and Winnie Bell Mitchem Shotts.

Alice was a loving homemaker and mother who enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Harold Richard Frisby, Jr. (Kathy) of Hamden, Eva Mae Frisby of Wellston, Hazel Frisby of Gallipolis, Karen Lynn Barnett of Hamden, David Mathew Frisby (Stacy) of Wellston, James Raymond Frisby of Wellston and Steve Lee Frisby of Wellston; grandchildren, Shannon Frisby, Josh Frisby, Tracey Frisby, Rachele Frisby, Nikki Lambert, Shasta Miller, Mathew Frisby, Ryan Fultz and Cody Rutter; brothers, Eddie Shotts (Phyllis) of Springfield, David Shotts of Wellston and Gene Shotts (Linda) of Wellston; sister, Georgia Frisby of Springfield, along with 22 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Richard Frisby, and her daughter, Patricia Frisby.

Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Jamie Fortner officiating. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Coalton.
