Steven Allen Hamilton, Sr., age 61, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. He was born in Gallipolis on Nov. 23, 1957 to the late Carl and Betty (Hall) Hamilton.
He is survived by his wife, Karen (Myers) Hamilton; his sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Jim Pratt; his children, Allen Hamilton, Valerie (George) Armstrong, Wayne Barrows, and Mary Kille; and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home. No funeral service will be observed.
