Linda Grubb

Linda Kay Grubb, age 81, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed from this life on May 1st, 2021.  She was born on February 9th, 1940 to the late Harvey “Bud” and Mary K. (Kiser) Evans. 

 Linda is survived by sisters, Gail Rawlins and Sharon Hasan; nieces: Lynn (Jeff) Rogers, Amy Jones, Heather Hasan, and Mary (Eric) Faye; nephew, Jedd (Tara) Rawlins; several great-nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Darius Jones that helped care for her in her home until her passing. 

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Eddie and Tony Grubb; beloved niece, Beth Wilson; and brother-in-law, Dale Rawlins.  

 Linda was a lifelong member of the Trinity Wesleyan Church in Oak Hill.  She was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and was comforted by the knowledge of the great reunion she knew was awaiting her in Heaven. She was a proud graduate of Oak Hill High School, and her love for her community continued through her service as the clerk/treasurer for the village. Linda was also proud of the many years that she worked at A.P. Green in the business office until her retirement.  She was also very happy to have served her community as the local Avon lady for 50 years. 

 Visitation for friends and family has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at the funeral home with Rev. Fred Crabtree and Rev. Herman Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at C.M Cemetery.
