Kenneth R. Lambert

Kenneth R. Lambert, age 79, of Wellston, passed away Monday, Jan. 4, 2021, at Four Winds Community in Jackson, Ohio.  He was born June 10, 1941 in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Donald Lambert and Anna Mae Spearry Lambert. 

Kenny was a heavy equipment operator who was formerly employed by both Eberts Coal Company and Sands Hill Coal Company.  He attended the former Vision Baptist Church, and he enjoyed raising pigeons, hunting, fishing and just being outdoors. 

Kenny is survived by his sons, Darrell Lambert of Hamden and Mike Lambert of Hamden; sisters, Shirley Rinehart of Ray, Irene Tatman of Bremen, Lynn Orender of Wellston and Connie Lambert of Hamden; brothers, Calvin Lambert of Wellston and Rick Lambert of Wellston, along with four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Darren Lambert; grandson, Billy Lambert; sisters, Donna Branscom and Patricia Robinson; and brothers, Dwight Lambert, Eugene Lambert and Lawrence Lambert. 

Calling hours will be Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jim Eberts officiating.  Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.
