Jennie Ruth Colegrove, 82, of McArthur, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at her residence. She was born Oct. 23, 1938, in Jackson, Ohio, daughter of the late William B. and Margaret Moore Boyd. Jennie was married to the late Harvey T. Colegrove.
She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Delaney of Radcliff; granddaughter, Tonya (Stan Tackett) Brickles of McArthur; great-granddaughter, Tiona Tackett of McArthur; son-in-law, Richard Marks and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Ann Brickles and Debbie Marks; sons-in-law, Richard Brickles and Steve Delaney; brothers, Jasper, Jack and Sheldon Boyd and sisters, Mae Crabtree, Doris Edinger, Daisy Halterman and Estelline Queen.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 26, 2021, in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Pastor Donald Lamb officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
