Geraldine “Jeri” Keeton, age 62, of Wellston, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019 at Four Winds in Jackson. She was born March 8, 1957 in Wellston to the late Clarence Adkins and Nora Mae (Faulk) Aldridge.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Vivian Moore, Donald Adkins, Larry Lee Adkins and Bonnie Louise Adkins.
She is survived by her sons, Scotty (Terri) Keeton, of Wellston, Michael Keeton, of Bucyrus, Ohio and Tennyson Adkins, of Crestline, Ohio; sister, Irene Kent, of Jackson; brother, Raymond Adkins, of Wellston; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. She is also survived by “Bullet”.
Jeri enjoyed working puzzles and playing cards, especially Phase 10. She loved to watch her westerns, especially Bonanza.
Friends may call Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Don Kincaid officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
