Charles E. “Chuck” Smith, age 58, of Beaver Pike, Jackson, passed away at Holzer Medical in Gallipolis on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021. He was born in Jackson on March 26, 1962 to the late Carl E. and Wanda L. (Culwell) Smith.
He is survived by daughters: Whitney (Donnie) Robinson and Natasha (Chuck) Kiser; brothers: Andy Smith of Beaver Pike, Jackson with whom he made his home and Tony Smith of Texas; and a sister, Shannon (Kevin) McCloud of Jackson. Also surviving are four grandchildren; a special friend, Teresa; and two special four-legged friends – his dogs, “Chippy” and “Joy”; along with several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; sisters: Tina Coen, Carla Smith and an infant sister, Pamela Smith; and a brother, Sandy Smith.
Chuck loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He also enjoyed wood-working and fishing.
Per Chuck’s request, there will be no services.
Arrangements are by the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home in Jackson.
