Philip “Phil” Bryant Crace, age 25, of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born on Jan. 15, 1992 in Gallipolis, to Warnie and Ruth (Jackson) Crace.
He is survived by his parents, Warnie and Ruth Crace, of Jackson; sister, Julie Crace, of Columbus; grandfather, Charles Jackson, of Jackson; grandmother, Della “Sis” Crace, of Jackson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Jackson and grandfather, James Eskil Crace.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017 at the Bethel Ridge Cemetery on Bethel Ridge Road in Jackson with Edler Roger Ruggles officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
