James Raymond “Jim” Frisby, age 55, of Wellston, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born May 2, 1963, son of the late Harold Richard Frisby and Alice May Shotts Frisby. Jim was a former employee of Seymour Logging.
He is survived by his siblings, Harold Frisby of Hamden, Eva Frisby of Wellston, Hazel Frisby of Piketon, Karen Barnett of Hamden and David Frisby of Wellston; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides his parents, Jim was preceded in death by sister, Patricia Frisby; and brother, Steven Frisby.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Jamie Fortner officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Coalton.
