Alvin Lee Travis, age 70, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Jan. 6, 2019 at his residence. He was born Dec. 7th, 1948 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Leroy and Edna Travis.
Al was a member of The Eagles of Chillicothe, the Moose in Jackson, and IBEW Local #495.
He is survived by his children: Alvin and Dorrie Travis, Adam and Laurie Travis, and Cynthia and Roman Smith; grandchildren: Hannah Travis, Dalton Davy, Jolene Travis, and Adam Travis Jr.; great-grandson, Maverick Davy; sister, Lib Spires; brothers, Jim Travis (Donna) and Bill (Sharon) Travis; girlfriend, Gina Luster; and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Barb Bandy, Leroy Travis, Betty Musick, Linda Travis, John Travis, and Tom Travis; and brothers-in-law, Frank Musick and Larry Spires.
