Steven T. Canter, age 63, of Thurman, Ohio passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at OSU Hospital in Columbus. He was born May 19, 1956 in Jackson to the late Edward and Eliza (Kelly) Canter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is survived by his daughter, Larissa (Canter) Ousley, of Ironton, Ohio; grandchildren, Marley and Bryson Ousley; brothers, Sammy, Leroy, Daniel, and Ronald Canter; sisters, Christeen Lucas, Carolyn Rapp, Elizabeth Canter, Betty Dodridge, Dianna Canter, all of Jackson and Oak Hill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Steve worked at Chun King Food in Jackson. He always enjoyed the outdoors, like hunting and fishing. Also, he had a love for drag racing. He lived life to the fullest and was always happy and you could count on a laugh or an old-time story. And most of all, his prized possessions were his grandchildren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
