Finn and Frances Simmons Finn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bill was a 1960 graduate of Wellston High School and a veteran of the United States Navy. Following 25 years of employment, Bill retired from Sands Hill Coal Company, where he was an equipment operator. He was also a former security guard at the Jackson County Courthouse and was presently employed part-time at Bellisio Foods in Jackson.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proud Christian man, Bill was a member of Welcome Chapel Church, where he served as the adult Sunday school teacher.&nbsp; He was a very active and talented individual who enjoyed sky diving, kayaking, hunting, fishing and photography, just to name a few. &nbsp;Bill loved his family and cherished the times that he spent with them, especially his grandchildren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is survived by his wife, Debra J. Souders Finn; son, William L. &#8220;Billy&#8221; Finn, Jr. of Parkersburg, WV; daughter, Dawn M. Finn Coleman of Wellston; step-son, Michael Loudermilk (Amy) of Wellston; sister, Kelley Finn Lewis of Jackson; grandchildren, Michael Coleman (Angela), Amanda Joseph (Will), Ried Coleman (Paige), Abby Barnett, Jacob Saunders, Nathan Phillips, Kirkland Loudermilk and Lane Wright; as well as other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and relatives dear to his heart.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William W. Finn and Arlene Emmert Finn; his daughter, Lisa Finn Barnett; and sister, Michelle Finn Williams.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calling hours will be Sunday from 12 to 2 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.\u00a0 Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 2 p.m. with Rev.
