James J. Mutter, age 49, died at home on Friday, June 23, 2017. <\/p>\n
He is survived by his wife, Marsha (Bowman) Mutter; daughter, Katie Jo (Thomas) Gray; step daughter, Roshel Bowman; step granddaughters, Kylan and Keylei Bowman; in-laws, Samuel and Geraldine Bowman and Shirley Bowman and Wally Johnson; brother-in-law, Rick (Kara) Bowman; sister-in-law, Michele (Curtiss) Jayjohn, all of Jackson County, Ohio. He is also survived by his father, David Mutter; sister, Caroline (Cissy) Rouse; brother, Jason Mutter; aunt, Liz Frye, all of North Carolina; special friend, Bill Colmer, of Jackson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. <\/p>\n
He was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa (Gary) Strader; aunt, Wanda (Doug) Harrison; Uncle Joey Heon; and grandparents, Joseph and Mavis Heon. <\/p>\n
Per James’s request, no public services will be held. A private service will be held at the discretion of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson.
