She was born January 4, 1930 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Harry Clyde Womeldorf and Garnet Reed Womeldorf.<\/p>\n<p>Joye was a 1947 graduate of Wellston High School. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker, and she was a member of the Zion #3 Church in Wellston. Joye was a big supporter of Secret Santa of Jackson County and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Joye is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Cindy Saltsman of Wellston; granddaughters, Monica Ford (Jeremy) and Mallory Conley (John Paul); great-grandchildren, Aden and Blaise Ford and Declan Conley; and cousin, Reed Ervin (Leeanna).<\/p>\n<p>Besides her parents, Joye was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Saltsman, and her daughter, Susie Saltsman.<\/p>\n<p>Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Hamden Cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>In lieu of flowers, Joye requested memorial contributions be given to the Zion #3 Church, c\/o 926 Mulga Road, Wellston, Ohio 45692 or Secret Santa, P.O. Box 386, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
