William Robert Tobert, age 83, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Heartland of Jackson.<\/p>\n
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 2-3pm at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill, Ohio. Graveside services will then be held at Horeb Cemetery at 3:30pm with Rev. Roy McCarty officiating. Burial will follow.<\/p>\n
