She was born September 20, 1932 in Ray, Ohio to the late Fred and Hazel Seymour Knox.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pauline was a homemaker and loving mother of six children. She enjoyed canning food and attending church. Pauline&#8217;s life revolved around her family.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">She is survived by two children, Gary Sowers of Wellston and Jean &#8220;Sis&#8221; Sandlin (Robert) of Rodney; grandchildren, Vanessa, Billie Jean, Jeremy, Billy Joe, Timmy, Gary Allen, Mila, Milan, Jalyn, Jason and Justin; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Brittany, Josh, Hunter, Brandon, Ashley, Katrina, Kasi, Bentley, Brady, Shane, Sebastian, Isaac, Briggs, Urijah, Hollee, Riley, Liam and Harrison; great-great-grandchildren, Hunter, Isaiah and Ethan; sisters, Gladys Griffin of Xenia, Pauline&#8217;s twin sister, Irene Brown of Wellston, Bonnie Caldwell of Washington C.H. and Sharon Massie of Wellston, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Ralph M. Fain in 2008; four sons, Eldon &#8220;Junior&#8221; Sowers, William Eugene &#8220;Bill&#8221; Sowers, Milan Lamar Fain and Dwaine Keith Fain; siblings, Carl Knox, Doris Himrick, Joann Byers and Gerald &#8220;Bud&#8221; Knox. Many thanks to the family members who have been there to help with their grandmother&#8217;s care.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Calling hours will be Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Patterson officiating.
