Robert Alan \u201cBobby\u201dAdams, age 56, born October 3, 1956 in Oberlin, Ohio ascended into eternal life on August 3, 2013 at Grant Medical Center. Bobby had battled cancer for 2 \u00bd years.<\/p>\n
He is survived by parents Benny and Lora (Culwell) Adams; brother, Scotty Adams; sisters, Melody Eubanks, Tami Maynard, and Shelly Hall; foster brother, Jim Hicks, and many nephews and nieces. Bobby is a graduate of JHS class of 1974 and entered into service with the U.S. Air Force. After being honorably discharged, Bobby attended Rio Grande University and Portsmouth Business College.<\/p>\n
Bobby will be laid to rest on Wednesday, August 7 at 1 p.m. at Bethel Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Mike Wyatt officiating. \u00a0Viewing hours will be held on Tuesday, August 6 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.\u00a0Calling hours and funeral service will be provided by Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home, Jackson, Ohio.\u00a0In lieu of flowers please send donations to DAV Chapter 45 Jackson County, Ohio.<\/p>\n
