Marilyn S. SILVEY Walker, 76, of Xenia, passed away Saturday morning, December\u00a0 15, 2012, at Patriot Ridge Nursing Home, Fairborn. She was born April 2,\u00a0 1936, in Oak Hill, Ohio, the daughter of Gerald and Dorothy Dever\u00a0 Silvey. She was a member of St. Brigid Church and retired from Clinton\u00a0 Memorial Hospital. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Debra\u00a0 (Charles) Hendrickson, Spring Valley, a son and daughter-in-law, Steve\u00a0(Deborah) Walker, Lebanon, five grandchildren, Aaron (Kathleen)\u00a0 Hendrickson, Dayton, Josh (Emily) Hendrickson, Alpha, Mandi (Nick)\u00a0 Schneider, Beavercreek, Jennifer Spicer, Franklin, and Jessica (Jamie)\u00a0 Novosteras, New York, NY, a brother and sister-in-law, Gary (Molly)\u00a0 Silvey, Clarksville, TN, four great-grandchildren, Alexa, Brianna, Lucy,\u00a0 and Hannah, a nephew, Matt (Shelby) Silvey, Clarksville, TN, a\u00a0 great-niece and great-nephew, Margaux and Collin, and by many close\u00a0 friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by a nephew, Gary\u00a0 Silvey, Jr. Marilyn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved\u00a0 her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at St. Brigid Church, 312 Fairground Rd., Xenia, with\u00a0 Rev.\u00a0John Krumm officiating.<\/p>\n
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm,\u00a0 Tuesday, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Burial will\u00a0 be in Miami Valley Memorial Gardens, Centerville.
