He was born November 16, 1941 in Columbus, a son of the late Willard and Mildred Brown Anderson. He was also preceded in death by son, Ryan S. Anderson.<\/p>\n<p>Willard worked for PPG Circleville for 31 years and was owner\/operator of Big A Transport for 7 years, retiring in 2005. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, a member of VFW Post 9092, and a member of the Southeastern branch of the NAACP.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by sons, Willard III of Ray and Jeffery A. of Bidwell, Ohio; three grandchildren, Alisha, Anna, and Mallory; five brothers, three sisters; several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.<\/p>\n<p>Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Wednesday, May 23 from 5 to 8 p.m., where funeral service will be held Thursday, May 24 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Calvin Minnis officiating.
