Patsy Ann Choate, age 65, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, June 3 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born September 16, 1955, in Wellston, the daughter of the late Clifford Leach and Leona Capp Purnell. Patsy was a former employee of Pillsbury in Wellston for several years. In her spare time, Patsy always enjoyed watching T.V., playing baseball, and taking care of all her animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is survived by her son, Billy Williams; daughter, Mary Choate; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Pierce; and great-grandchildren, Camilla, Quinton and Luke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Besides her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Baby Choate and Bret Pierce; as well as one sister and two brothers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 9, from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral services will follow the calling hours at 5 p.m., with Pastor Steve Mathews officiating. In keeping with Patsy’s wishes, cremation will follow the service.
