Dewey McCain, Jr., age 66, of Oak Hill, lost his battle with cancer and gained his wings on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020 at his home with his family surrounding him. He was born Oct. 21, 1954 in Paulding, Ohio to the late Dewey Sr. and Avis (Leonard) McCain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is survived by his son, Derrick (Sonya) McCain; grandson, Dalton McCain; granddaughter, Josie McCain; brothers, Boyd (Bonnie) McCain, all of Oak Hill, and Kevin McCain, of Napoleon, Ohio. Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Friends may call Friday, Oct. 30, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Services will immediately follow at 12 p.m. noon with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Horeb Cemetery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
