Phyllis G. Phillips, age 88, of Wellston passed away Aug. 4, 2020, at Concord Health & Rehabilitation Center, Wheelersburg, Ohio. She was born Jan. 10, 1932 in Clay County, West Virginia, to the late Jessie Clark Neal and Clark E. Neal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Phyllis was a member of Wills Chapel Church in Wellston and she also enjoyed knitting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Phyllis is survived by her children, Wayne Phillips (Diane), Karen Phillips, Michael Phillips; grandchildren, Kristin Willis (Will), Shane Long (Kelli), Bobbi Jo Baker (Butch), Eric Long, Michael Phillips, David Wheatley (Brooke), Melissa, Melinda, Brian; and several great-grandchildren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Besides her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Phillips; daughter, Sharon Wheatley and son-in-law, Dave Wheatley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
