{"id":10909,"date":"2020-08-06T10:17:14","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T14:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jacksoncountyohiogen.com\/members\/?p=10909"},"modified":"2020-08-09T10:17:57","modified_gmt":"2020-08-09T14:17:57","slug":"rosie-a-bertie-queen-lowe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jacksoncountyohiogen.com\/members\/2020\/08\/06\/rosie-a-bertie-queen-lowe\/","title":{"rendered":"Rosie A. &#8220;Bertie&#8221; Queen-Lowe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Rosie A. &#8220;Bertie&#8221; Queen-Lowe, age 76, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, at Edgewood Manor of Wellston.&nbsp; She was born Feb. 21, 1944 in Jackson County, Ohio, to the late Albert Browning and Lucille Vititoe Browning.&nbsp; Rosie enjoyed cooking, especially canning, crossword puzzles and gardening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is survived by her son, Ray Queen; grandchildren, Ricky Grinstead, Bradley Queen (Emily), Randy Myers, and Steven Myers; brother, Allen Browning of Jacksonville, Florida; and three great-grandchildren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosie was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Queen, whom she was married to for 50 years and James Lowe; daughters, Diann Queen-Grinstead and Teresa Queen-Myers; son, Clayton Queen; grandson, Jeremy Ray Queen; brothers, Bob Browning and Homer Browning; and sisters, Joann McMannis, Marcella Browning, Shirley Elkins and Mary Fisher.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graveside service will be held Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, at 3 p.m. at the Radcliff Cemetery in Radcliff with\u00a0Pastor John Pelletier officiating.\u00a0 Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.\u00a0 Online condolences can be sent to the family at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rosie A. &#8220;Bertie&#8221; Queen-Lowe, age 76, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, at Edgewood Manor of Wellston.&nbsp; She was born Feb. 21, 1944 in Jackson County, Ohio, to the late Albert Browning and Lucille Vititoe Browning.&nbsp; Rosie enjoyed cooking, especially canning, crossword puzzles and gardening.
